Revuelto de verduras con tostadas

Mejore los huevos revueltos con este revuelto rico en nutrientes y repleto de verduras. Este desayuno equilibrado te mantendrá satisfecho toda la mañana gracias a la fibra de las verduras y a las grasas saludables y proteínas de los huevos. La tostada es un añadido extra.

Ingredientes

  • 2 rebanadas de pan integral tostado
  • 2 huevos grandes
  • 1 taza de hojas de espinacas crudas
  • ½ taza de pimientos rojos picados
  • ½ taza de champiñones en rodajas
  • ¼ de taza de cebolla amarilla picada
  • 1 cucharada de mantequilla vegetal
  • ⅛ cucharadita de sal

Direcciones:

  1. Rocíe una sartén con spray antiadherente para cocinar. Poner el fuego a medio-alto y añadir las espinacas y las verduras picadas. Cocinar hasta que las verduras estén tiernas.
  2. Romper los huevos en la sartén y revolverlos junto con las verduras cocidas.
  3. Colocar los huevos revueltos en un plato. Sazonar con sal.
  4. Tostar las rebanadas de pan y untarlas con mantequilla. Sírvelo como guarnición.
