This class is to help you with your diabetes and give you the skills to live a healthy life. Our Registered Dietitian will teach you the diabetic diet, so you can cook shop for your own meals. Our Registered Nurse will help you with testing your blood sugars, medications, and what to do if your blood sugars are low or high.
