Rice Cereal Treats

Satisfy your sweet tooth with this healthier take on an old favorite. The peanut butter adds protein, and the maple syrup adds a touch of sweetness to enhance the crunchy, gooey goodness.


  • 3 cups puffed rice cereal
  • ¾ cup natural peanut butter
  • 6 Tbsp maple syrup


  1. Line an 8×8 pan with nonstick spray or parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, microwave the peanut butter and maple syrup for 1 minute. Whisk together and then pour the mixture over cereal. Mix well to combine.
  3. Spoon mixture into the 8×8 pan and push down to flatten. Refrigerate 1-2 hours.
