Strive Health Welcomes Sandra Ryan and Aaron Molitor to Its Team

Over the last six months, Strive Health has doubled in number, as we’ve launched a JV partnership with SSM Health and continue to grow with payor and provider partners across the country. We’re excited to announce two new additions to our leadership team – Sandra Ryan, Chief Kidney Hero Officer, and Aaron Molitor, President & Chief Operating Officer. Sandra and Aaron bring broad experience across care delivery, high growth healthcare services, and value-based care.

As Chief Kidney Hero Officer, Sandra leads Strive’s Kidney Hero™ teams in the market, ensuring we deliver top notch, personalized kidney care to patients. She brings a wealth of experience in clinic-based healthcare, launching both Walgreens’ and Walmart’s retail clinic businesses. She is a pioneer in the retail clinic industry and served as the country’s first-ever Chief Nurse Practitioner Officer. She is a retired military officer and has been a champion for, and leader among, RNs and NPs for over 30 years. “My career has been focused on providing high quality personalized care while using innovation to deliver better outcomes. I am thrilled to be joining Strive and helping to transform the way care is delivered to kidney patients.” Sandra said.

Aaron joins Strive from Evolent Health, where he helped grow the organization from startup through IPO. He is an expert in value-based care, with more than 30 years’ experience in innovative risk-bearing provider organizations and health plans. As President and Chief Operating Officer, Aaron leads the launch and growth of Strive’s markets in partnership with health systems, health plans, nephrology groups, and medical groups. “I consider myself very fortunate to be part of an organization that has an aspirational mission and vision to improve the lives of those struggling with kidney disease. It’s incredibly humbling and rewarding to be part of something that will really change people’s lives,” Aaron shared.

‍Sandra and Aaron have teamed up with the rest of Strive’s leadership team to deliver compassionate care the way it should be done. “We are incredibly excited to welcome Aaron and Sandy to our industry leading team,” says CEO Chris Riopelle. “We are able to transform the kidney care experience for patients because of exceptional people like Aaron and Sandy bringing deep experience and passion to this high-need patient population.”
