Author : Strive Health

DENVER — Jan. 9, 2024 — Today, Built In honored Strive Health in its 2024 Best Places to Work Awards. The national leader in value-based kidney care earned recognition on the Built In Colorado Best Places to Work and Colorado Best Midsize Places to Work lists. The annual awards program includes companies of all sizes, from startups to those in the enterprise, and honors both remote-first employers as well as companies in large tech markets across the U.S.

“Since our founding in 2018, our company culture has been built around our values – care, excellence, tenacity, innovation and fun – and this commitment to our culture and people is what makes Strive one of the best places to work in Colorado,” said Dave Thornton, Chief People Officer at Strive Health. “Delivering on our mission to provide compassionate kidney care the way it should be done begins with our people reaching their full potential, and these recognitions are a testament to our team’s hard work over the years in changing the kidney care paradigm for the 100,000+ patients we serve.”

Built In determines the winners of Best Places to Work based on an algorithm, using company data about compensation and benefits. To reflect the benefits candidates are searching for more frequently on Built In, the program also weighs criteria like remote and flexible work opportunities, programs for DEI and other people-first cultural offerings.

“I’d like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to the 2024 Best Places to Work winners,” said Maria Christopoulos Katris, Founder and CEO of Built In. “I am truly inspired by these companies that have risen to the challenge of fostering a positive work environment, maintaining a strong brand and ensuring employee satisfaction. The future is filled with promise and we are so excited to see what lies ahead.”

This recognition comes on the heels of CB Insights’ naming Strive to its Digital Health 50 list, highlighting the most promising digital health companies of 2023, as well as the Denver Business Journal naming Strive CEO Chris Riopelle a Most Admired CEO due to his exceptional leadership, contributions to company success, civic engagement and career achievements. Over the past two years, Strive has won several awards recognizing its workplace culture, including Forbes America’s Best Startup Employers 2022 and 2023, Built In Colorado Best Places to Work 2022, Comparably’s Best Places to Work in Denver 2022 and The Tech Tribune’s Best Startups in Denver 2022.
