Compara la tasa de inicios óptimos de los pacientes inscritos en el programa Strive con la de los pacientes no inscritos en todos los mercados Strive activos. Los inicios óptimos se definen como el inicio planificado de la terapia de sustitución renal mediante la recepción de un trasplante renal preventivo, el inicio de la diálisis en casa o el inicio de la hemodiálisis en el centro a través de una FAV o una GVA.
