Este plan de comidas de 7 días presenta platos árabes tradicionales adaptados para favorecer la salud renal y diabética, sin perder de vista el sabor y la familiaridad cultural. Cada día incluye comidas y tentempiés equilibrados que suman unas 1800 calorías, con orientación sobre el sodio, los carbohidratos y las proteínas. Diseñado por Strive Health, el plan incluye recetas como sopa de lentejas, baba ghanoush, manakeesh y shawarma, que ayudan a los pacientes a nutrir su cuerpo mientras controlan sus enfermedades crónicas. Ideal para pacientes que buscan una guía de comidas culturalmente inclusiva.
