Strive Health Welcomes Michele Paige as Chief Growth Officer

DENVER – Oct. 7, 2025Strive Health, the national leader in value-based kidney care, has appointed Michele Paige as its Chief Growth Officer. Paige is tasked with driving sustainable, strategic growth for Strive Health and providing cross-functional leadership across the company’s sales, customer success, patient experience, product and marketing teams.  

“Michele’s 20-plus years of leadership in product strategy and healthcare innovation position her perfectly to help guide Strive into its next chapter of growth,” said Paul Marchetti, President of Strive Health. “Her expertise in digital engagement, product strategy and go-to-market execution will be instrumental as Strive continues to expand its reach and strengthen its impact on people with kidney disease.” 

Prior to joining Strive, Paige served as Vice President of Product and Digital Strategy at Elevance Health’s CarelonRx, a $36 billion pharmacy benefit manager business. In that role, she was responsible for growth and go-to-market strategy for the product portfolio, digital member engagement initiatives and national sales training. Paige has also held leadership positions with Cigna and Evernorth, where she led a national Advanced Primary Care business as well as Alternative Care Delivery Strategy, focused on business expansion, innovation and consumer health engagement.
