The Striver Human Capital Lead will play a key role in Strive’s growth trajectory. This person will serve as Strive’s head of HR, with overall responsibility for attracting, retaining, and growing a team of healthcare gamechangers. S/he will be responsible for driving a scalable recruitment and retention plan across markets, as well developing processes for employee onboarding, engagement, and continued development. S/he will lay the foundation for Strive’s long-term organizational structure. This person should be mission-driven and excited about the prospect of building a culture of care, tenacity, and innovation across levels and functions.
